The Client is a major multinational retailer that specialises in selling clothing, beauty products, home products and food products.The position is a full-time role directly with the client. Jigya is acting as the recruiting partner and is only facilitating the hiring process for this position.

Job Description:

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer / Prompt Engineer with experience in LLMs, Multi Agent GenAI Frameworks, Advance RAG, and AI-powered agent workflows. The ideal candidate will design, refine, and optimize Agent Workflows, Internal Prompts and RAG to improve agent interactions, ensure relevant outputs, create appropriate guardrails for GenAI generations, and maximize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Business Requirements, Agents’ Roles and Limitation, Available Data, Data Structure, Company Internal Content, Public Content.
   
• Understand the Capabilities and Limitations of Multi Agent Frameworks and LLMs.
• Create Agent Workflows. Create Agent Role Definitions and System Prompts. Create Agent Guardrails. Use Prompting Best Practices.
• Optimize RAG for both Structured and Unstructured Data. Use a mix of Structured Queries and Semantic Search.
• Design Real World Business Queries.
• Conduct A/B testing and evaluation of workflow and prompt effectiveness with real-world business queries.
• Collaborate with Business Users to understand their Requirements and define Use Cases
• Collaborate with Developers, Data analysts, AI Engineers and Testers to integrate prompts into production workflows.
• Create User Guides and Training Programs to familiarize the Users with AI Agents, Best Practices and Limitations. 
• Get User Feedback and incorporate it back in Agent Workflows and Prompts.
• Manage Stakeholders by clearly articulating and communicating the capabilities and limitations of AI agents
• Keep up to date with advancements in the field and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Prompt Engineering – Creating system prompts, RAG etc.
• Experience in Multi Agent Frameworks
• Experience in Natural language Processing (NLP)
• Engineering/Professional Qualification/Masters from a Reputed Institute
• Strong Python Programming Skills
• Strong English Language Skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• High Learning ability and Curiosity
• Good to have – Fashion retail domain experience
• Work Experience 3 plus years
