ABOUT JIGYA PLATFORM

Jigya is an EdTech Platform for Role-based Professional Skilling. The platform delivers Personalized Adaptive Learning (PAL) experience to the learners.

The learning is anchored on the Job Role or Professional Competencies that the learner aspires for but takes into consideration where the learner is in terms of his current skills and competencies. Once the skills gap is identified for the learner, the system generates a Learning Plan and a set of Reccommended Learning Resources (mostly free resources) that the learner is expected to use to accomplish the Learning Plan.

Typically, the reccommended learning resources will consist of mostly FREE resources, including:

1. Recommended Free Online Cources from Top Universities or Industry Faculty

2. Curated videos as a learning aid for acuiring a required skill

3. Books, Articles, E-books to aid your learning

4. Other curated resources like Blogs, Podcasts etc., to support the effort towards acquiring a required skill for the aspired role. 

5. Assessments to help the learner evaluate his Learning Progress.

The learning Plan is structured in a progressive way with assesments along the way, so that the plan can be re-caliberated based on the skills prrogression, hence the plan is "Adaptive" and iterative in nature, it is not a "One Size Fits All" learning plan. Instead, the platform generates a Personalized and Adaptive Learning Plan.

The Jigya Tech Incubator ( https://jigya.co.in/tech-incubator-for-individuals ) is a unique opportunity for recent graduates, career changers and executives to upskill on job in New Age Tech Skills (like Data Science, AI, ML, Gen AI, Cloud Computing etc.) and get future ready.

You will be given Academic Inputs, Mentorship and Guidance while you work on real-world projects solving complex business problem. All this in an ecosystem that combines learning, work and networking - to lay the foundations of your Tech Career.

The Jigya Fellowship Programme is the entry point of the pathway into the Jigya Tech Incubator.

Jigya Tech Incubator is an initiative of the Jigya Platform (https://jigya.co.in/) to nurture curious young tech career entusiasts into seasoned New Age Technology Professionals, Data Scientists or Digital Product Designers via training, mentoring and opportunities to work on live projects.

The areas of specialization that we focus on in the Jigya Tech Talent Incubator are:

1. Digital Product Design

2. Digital Media and Marketing - Growth Hacking

3. Full Stack Development in Data Science, AI, ML and Gen AI.

4. Full Stack Development in Software Applications 

For this opportunity to become a "Jigya Tech Fellow - Data Science and AI", a talented Tech enthusiast can apply to join the program as a "Jigya Tech Fellow" in the area of AI, ML and Gen AI.

During the Six Months Program, the candidate will recieve training, mentoring from seniors and opportunity work of live projects, including the client projects of Jigserv Digital (https://jigserv.com/). This can include working from the client site, if the client so desires.

During the period of the program, the Jigya Fellow will recieve a fixed stipend of INR 50,000/- per month.

On the completion of the program, you will recieve a Jigya Tech Fellowship Certificate of Completion of and a possible opportunity to work with Jigserv Digital or one of our clients as a Full Time Employee. The same is contingent on the performance during the program and vacancies available at the time of completion of the program.

Exceptional performers in the program may be awarded the "Jigya Tech Scholar" certificate.

CREDENTIALS REQUIRED: 

Our Tech Fellow - AI and Gen AI should have the following credentials:

1. Strong background in Mathematics and Statistics

2. Strong Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Mining skills

3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

4. Familiarity with relevant Cloud based tools, technologies and services

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively

SELECTION PROCESS:

• Interested Candidates are mandatorily required to apply through this listing on the Jigya Platform. Only applications received through the Jigya Platform will be evaluated further.
• Shortlisted candidates may be required to appear in an Online Assessment administered by Jigya.
• Candidates selected after the screening test may be required to appear for a Group Discussion and one or more rounds of Personal Interviews.
