Role Overview

We are looking for a  passionate and growth-driven Business Manager – Digital Gold to lead and expand our digital gold business vertical. The ideal candidate should have experience in fintech, digital investment products, lending ecosystems, and partnership management.

The role involves driving customer acquisition, managing strategic partnerships, scaling digital gold offerings, and working closely with product, operations, and compliance teams to enhance customer experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

• Drive growth and expansion of the Digital Gold business across multiple channels

• Identify and onboard strategic partners, merchants, aggregators, and fintech alliances

• Develop business strategies to increase customer acquisition, transactions, and revenue

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking and fintech partners

Product & Operations Management

• Manage end-to-end Digital Gold operations including onboarding, transactions, settlements, and reconciliation

• Coordinate with product, tech, and operations teams for smooth execution of digital gold services

• Monitor customer journeys and identify opportunities for process improvement

• Support integration of digital gold offerings within lending and financial wellness products

Customer Engagement & Portfolio Management

• Analyze customer behavior, transaction trends, and engagement metrics

• Drive customer retention and cross-sell initiatives

• Gather customer and partner feedback to improve product offerings and user experience

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, regulatory policies, and internal governance standards

• Prepare MIS reports, transaction analysis, and business performance dashboards

• Track competitor offerings and market trends in digital investments and fintech space

Required Skills & Qualifications

• PGDM / MBA qualification preferred

• 3–4 years of experience in Fintech, Digital Payments, Investments, or Financial Services

• Prior experience in NBFC or Fintech industry is mandatory

• Understanding of Digital Gold ecosystem, investment products, and fintech operations

• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital investment products, wallet ecosystem, or wealth-tech platforms

• Knowledge of customer acquisition, partnerships, and fintech integrations

• Exposure to lending or embedded finance products will be an added advantage
