Well 61% employees say that Work From Home has increased thier productivity. Do the employers agree?

There seems to be huge gap in the perception of Employers and employees when it comes to assessment of WFH productivity, specifically in the mid to senior level management involving team leadership! Clearly there are biases depending upon which side you are talking to but the jury is still out!
