Product roadmap and its importance

A roadmap is a graphical representation of what you aim to accomplish over time. A great product roadmap conveys the "why" and "what," whereas a product backlog conveys the "how." Why it's critical to keep moving forward:- 1) They provide your team a sense of direction and vision. 2) They ensure that all teams are on the same page when it comes to product priorities and that all stakeholders have access to information. 3) They enable feedback and consensus, ensuring that all team members and stakeholders are on board with the process.
