Well IIMA Director, Fr. Erol D'souza believes so, and I couldn't agree more! The reasons are as follows: - In a rapidly changing and digitising world where what was taught in a two-year programme may not be practically applicable by the time the student graduates. - Top tier B-schools in US, including Harvard and Wharton saw the applications drop by 15% in 2022 for the same reason. The opportunity cost of spending 2 years on campus, learning stuff that may not be so relevant by the time you pass out is just too high!
