Cyber Laws don't need to be created separately!

Vint Cerf, “Father of the Internet,” Discusses Internet Security emphasizes in this video that Cyber Laws or Laws against Cyber Crime don't need to be framed separately. He argues: - A fraud committed online is no different from a fraud off-line. It's just a different medium that was used to commit the fraud. So, why do you need another law? It should just be covered under a law against fraud. - Some goes for privacy, just have laws against breach of privacy, doesn't matter if the violation of privacy was committed on the online medium or offline!
